Before you write

Writing from your registered email address helps us identify you quickly. This is the address the system recognises for KYC documents, self-exclusion and account-closure requests.

Include your account email and a short description of the question.
For withdrawals, complete KYC in advance — accounts with pending verification wait longer.
Requests are reviewed within 2 business days; after approval, timing depends on your payment method.

Requests that must come from your registered email

Self-exclusion (active within 24 hours, minimum 6 months).
A 7-day cooling-off period.
Permanent account closure.
Password recovery — use the reset link on the login page; it is sent to your registered email.
